I purchased 4 of these batteries for my Tauren Mech Mod. When I received the batteries, they weren't the same one's pictures here. I looked past that and started using them. Within a day, 3 of the 4 batteries completely stopped working. They would not work in my vape or charge. I contacted customer service and they asked me to send a video. I did that and then heard nothing back. I emailed again, a little upset this time and they told me they would refund me the money and they were creating a label to get sent out to me right away. 13 days later, I still don't have a return label and I have heard nothing from customer service. At this point, I'll just take the loss of money and make sure no one that I know will order from this company.

Seem to work well. End recharging every other day. Clean no gouges, tears etc when they arrived. Would recommend these batteries if asked.
