FREE DOMESTIC U.S. SHIPPING
We offer Free Shipping on orders over $79.99 USD (after applying any discounts or coupon codes).
Simply select "Free Shipping" at checkout.
Free Shipping orders will be shipped via Flat Shipping, which may take up to 3 business days to process.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Standard Processing: 1–3 business days (most orders processed within 2 business days).
Priority Processing: Orders with paid shipping options are processed first.
Busy Periods: During holiday seasons or sales events, processing time may extend up to 4 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 1 business day for tracking information to update.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays and U.S. Federal Holidays.

Certain high-value orders may be restricted to ship only to the verified billing address of the cardholder. Signature confirmation may be required for security purposes.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Flat Shipping: 4–10 business days.
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days.
ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT & COMPLIANCE FEE
In compliance with the federal PACT Act, FDA regulations, and applicable state laws:
All orders containing vapor products require adult signature (21+) upon delivery.
Delivery drivers will request a valid government-issued photo ID showing proof of legal age.
An Adult Signature Fee of $7.00 USD will be added to all qualifying orders.
This fee covers mandatory adult signature verification costs required by law.
Orders will not be released to minors or unauthorized individuals.

FLAVORED E-LIQUID SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We cannot ship flavored e-liquids (regardless of nicotine strength) to:

New Jersey
Massachusetts
Rhode Island
California
Chicago (city limits)
Note: Only tobacco-flavored e-liquids are permitted to these locations.
Orders containing restricted items will be automatically canceled and refunded.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their shopping cart prior to checkout to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
AGE VERIFICATION POLICY
To fully comply with federal and state regulations:
All orders require customers to be 21 years of age or older.
We utilize a secure, third-party age verification system at checkout using your name, address, and date of birth.
If automatic verification fails, you may submit a valid government-issued photo ID (showing name and date of birth only) to our customer service at service@myvpro.com for manual verification.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Duties & Taxes: All customs duties, VAT, import fees, and shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Customs Clearance: Customers are responsible for knowing and complying with their country’s import regulations. Packages seized or rejected by customs will not be refunded.
Delivery Time: Delivery varies based on customs processing and local carrier performance.
Large or high-value orders may require signature confirmation for added security.
SHIPPING DELAYS, ISSUES & POLICIES
Tracking Delays: Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.
Lost Packages: MyVpro is not responsible for packages lost or mishandled by shipping carriers. Customers should contact the carrier directly to resolve such issues.
Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Reshipping due to customer error will incur additional shipping costs.
Returned Packages: If an order is returned due to failed delivery or refusal, shipping fees and adult signature fees are non-refundable.
TIPS FOR SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY
Missed Delivery Attempts: Follow carrier instructions to reschedule or retrieve the package from the designated location.
Apartments / Gated Communities: Ensure that drivers have access to your building or provide an alternative business address for easier delivery.
Signature Requirement: Make arrangements to ensure an adult is available at delivery to present valid ID.
