Q: Do these replacement pods come with coils included?
A: No. The standard Aspire Cloudflask Replacement Pod pack includes the empty cartridge and the drip tip assembly. Replacement mesh coils must be purchased separately.
Q: Can I use these pods on the Cloudflask S or Cloudflask III (3)?
A: No. These 5.5mL pods are strictly designed for the original, larger square-shaped Cloudflask kit. The Cloudflask S and Cloudflask III devices utilize a different, slimmer cartridge profile and are not backwards compatible with this model.
Q: How do I fill the Cloudflask pod with e-liquid?
A: Remove the pod from the device mod, turn it upside down, and lift the black silicone plug located at the bottom. Insert your e-liquid bottle nozzle, fill the 5.5mL chamber, press the silicone seal firmly back into place, and reinsert the pod.
Q: Why am I getting a leaking or flooding issue?
A: Ensure that your coil is pushed completely flush into the bottom base of the pod. If the coil is slightly askew or the bottom silicone filling plug is not fully sealed, it can break the vacuum pressure and cause liquid to escape into the device chamber.
