Uwell CALIBURN & IRONFIST L Pod System
Uwell CALIBURN & IRONFIST L Pod System
The Caliburn & Ironfist L borrows the side-by-side (SBS) layout from Uwell’s full-size Ironfist mods and shrinks it into a pocket pod kit. A 690mAh battery sits beside a 2.5mL side-fill pod in a zinc alloy chassis measuring just 69.75 × 46.5 × 17.6mm. Output runs up to 16W across three selectable levels, shown by a row of LEDs, and firing is draw-activated. Unlike most pod kits, the coil is replaceable separately from the pod — it takes press-fit Caliburn G and G2 coils in 0.8Ω, 1.0Ω and 1.2Ω — so you replace a coil, not a whole cartridge. An adjustable airflow slider on the base tunes the draw from loose to tight MTL, and 2A USB-C charges it in about 40 minutes.
Key Features
- Side-by-side (SBS) design — pod and battery sit beside each other, borrowed from Uwell’s full-size Ironfist mods
- 690mAh battery with 2A USB Type-C charging — roughly 40 minutes from empty
- Up to 16W across three selectable output levels, shown on the LED row
- Replaceable coils, not disposable pods — press-fit Caliburn G and G2 coils keep running costs down
- Coil options: 0.8Ω Caliburn G, 1.0Ω Caliburn G, 1.2Ω Caliburn G2
- 2.5mL refillable side-fill pod in PCTG
- Adjustable airflow slider on the base — loose MTL through tight MTL
- Draw-activated firing — no button to press to vape
- Three-color LED battery readout — green over 60%, blue 30–60%, red under 30%
- Toggleable under-pod light — hold the power button two seconds to switch it on or off
- Magnetic pod connection with a locating notch
- Zinc alloy chassis, 69.75 × 46.5 × 17.6mm, approx. 64.8g
- Lanyard anchor built into the body
- 3 colorways — Matte Black, Metallic Silver, Coral Red

FAQ
Q: Do I replace the pod or just the coil?
A: Just the coil. The pod is a refillable shell and the press-fit Caliburn G / G2 coil drops out and back in, so your ongoing cost is a coil rather than a whole cartridge. Replace the pod itself only if it cracks or the seals wear out.
Q: Which coils does it take?
A: Caliburn G coils in 0.8Ω and 1.0Ω, and Caliburn G2 coils in 1.2Ω. Note that Caliburn GPP / G3 pods and Caliburn A3 pods will not work — the G/G2 coil platform is separate from both.
Q: Which coil should I use?
A: 1.2Ω G2 for the tightest, most cigarette-like MTL draw with higher-strength salts. 1.0Ω G sits in the middle. 0.8Ω G runs warmest with the most vapor — pair it with a more open airflow setting and lower-strength salts.
Q: What does the SBS design actually change?
A: The pod sits beside the battery instead of on top, so the device is short and flat rather than tall — it lies better in a pocket and the e-liquid level stays visible from the side. It also puts the airflow slider on the base where your fingers naturally rest.
Q: How do I set the wattage?
A: The device cycles through three output levels, indicated by the LED row. Match the level to the coil — lower for the 1.2Ω, higher for the 0.8Ω — and adjust the base airflow slider to taste.
Q: What e-liquid should I use?
A: 50VG/50PG nicotine salts are the right match across all three coil resistances. Avoid high-VG sub-ohm juice, which won’t wick properly through an MTL coil and will burn it.
