The Crown M sits between a pod kit and a box mod, and its party trick is the dual-resistance twin coil. One coil head carries both 0.8Ω and 0.4Ω elements: run it in Alternation Coil Mode at 0.8Ω for a tight MTL draw, or switch to Dual-Coils Mode at 0.4Ω for full direct-lung clouds — no coil change required. A 1000mAh battery drives 5–35W through a 0.42" OLED screen with a scroll-wheel for adjustment, feeding a 4mL top-fill PCTG pod with an adjustable airflow slider. The semi-transparent body shows the internals, and a spare 0.6Ω Meshed-H coil covers restricted direct lung in between.

Q: How does the twin coil work?
A: The included head contains two coil elements. In Alternation Coil Mode the device runs a single element at 0.8Ω for a tight, cooler MTL draw; switch to Dual-Coils Mode and both fire together at 0.4Ω for a warm, full direct-lung hit. You change draw style from the menu, not by swapping hardware.
Q: What’s the spare 0.6Ω coil for?
A: Restricted direct lung — the middle ground between the two twin-coil modes. It’s a single-resistance coil, so it doesn’t support mode switching.
Q: What e-liquid should I use?
A: It depends on the mode. At 0.8Ω MTL, use 50VG/50PG nicotine salts. At 0.6Ω or 0.4Ω, switch to 70VG/30PG freebase at 3–6mg — high-strength salts at direct-lung wattage deliver far too much nicotine.
Q: Do I replace the pod or the coil?
A: The coil. It’s press-fit and comes out of the pod independently, so your running cost is a coil rather than a whole cartridge. Replace the pod itself only when it cracks or the seals wear.
Q: How do I fill it?
A: Lift the drip tip off the top of the pod, open the silicone stopper underneath, fill to just below the top, reseal and refit the tip. Let a new coil stand 5–10 minutes before the first draw.
Q: Which pods and coils does it take?
A: Crown M pods and Crown M coils only. They are a dedicated platform — no Caliburn, COZI or Valyrian part fits the Crown M, and Crown M parts don’t fit those devices.
