Q: Do I replace the pod or the coil?
A: The coil. The pod is a refillable shell and the press-fit coil drops out and back in, so your ongoing cost is a coil rather than a whole cartridge. Replace the pod itself only if it cracks or the seals wear out.
Q: What are the fiber filter tips for?
A: They absorb condensate — the warm liquid that collects in the mouthpiece — so you don’t get droplets or spit-back, and they give a softer, more cigarette-like mouthfeel than hard plastic. Two come in the box; replacements are sold in 10-packs. They are not a health or nicotine filter.
Q: Can I use my own drip tip?
A: Yes. The pod takes a standard 510 mouthpiece, which is unusual for a pod system — any 510 drip tip will seat in it.
Q: Which coil should I use?
A: 1.2Ω for a tighter, cooler, more cigarette-like MTL draw with higher-strength salts. 0.8Ω runs a little warmer with more vapor. Both are in the box, so try each before restocking. Whirl S 0.8Ω coils also fit.
Q: How do I adjust the airflow?
A: Rotate the pod within the device body. There is no separate slider or ring — turning the pod lines the vents up tighter or wider.
Q: What e-liquid should I use?
A: 50VG/50PG nicotine salts at mid-to-high strength suit both coils. Avoid high-VG sub-ohm juice, which won’t wick properly through an MTL coil and will burn it. Fill through the plugged port on the pod base and let a new coil stand 5–10 minutes before the first draw.
