A: No. Newer Vaporesso hardware like the iTank and iTank 2 utilize the threadless press-fit GTi Coil Series, which are physically larger and completely incompatible with the threaded GT Core series.
Q: What is the benefit of choosing the GT Mesh over traditional GT coils?
A: The GT Mesh uses a perforated metallic screen instead of traditional wire coils. This expands the overall heating contact surface area, which provides quicker ramp-up times, virtually eliminates hot spots, and noticeably extends the life of the coil.
Q: Do I need to empty my NRG tank entirely before swapping a coil?
A: Yes. Since the GT Coils screw into the bottom hardware base of the atomizer chamber, you must flip the tank upside down and ensure the e-liquid level sits below the chimney shaft to avoid spillage during a swap.
