The VOOPOO PnP X Replacement Cartridge Pods are official empty cartridges for the PnP X platform, sold two to a pack. Each holds 5mL of e-liquid in a PCTG and stainless steel body, refilled through a side port with a silicone plug and integrated child lock — a genuine safety feature rather than a marketing line, since it stops the plug being worked loose by curious hands. The real engineering story is leak control: a four-layer leak-proof structure combined with a top airflow intake removes the two paths e-liquid normally takes out of a pod. Airflow adjusts through a full 360° ring, letting you move from wide open to fully restricted rather than stepping between fixed slots. DTL vs. MTL Version — Read This First

This is the most important thing to get right. The DTL version takes every PnP X coil; the MTL version physically only accepts the 0.3Ω and 0.6Ω. If you plan to run a 0.15Ω or 0.2Ω coil, you need the DTL pod.

Q: Do these pods come with coils?

A: No. They ship empty with no coil installed. You'll need VOOPOO PnP X coils, sold separately.

Q: Should I get the DTL or MTL version?

A: Start from the coil you want to run. If you want a 0.15Ω or 0.2Ω coil for lung-hit vaping with high-VG e-liquid, you need the DTL pod — the MTL pod won't take them. If you're running 0.3Ω or 0.6Ω with nic salts or 50/50 e-liquid for a tighter draw, the MTL pod is the better fit and comes with a narrower 510 drip tip to match.

Q: Can I use the same coils in both versions?

A: Only the 0.3Ω and 0.6Ω. The DTL pod accepts every PnP X coil; the MTL pod is limited to those two. This catches people out regularly, so double-check before ordering coils.

Q: Which devices do these fit?

A: The Drag S2 60W and Drag X2 80W kits, and the PnP X Pod Tank (which itself fits any 510-threaded mod). They won't fit older PnP or PnP II devices — despite the shared PnP name, the X platform uses its own pod and coil format.

Q: What is the child lock?

A: The side-fill plug has a locking mechanism that must be released before it opens, rather than simply pulling out. It reduces the chance of a child getting the plug open and reaching the e-liquid inside.

Q: How do I refill the pod?

A: From the side, not the top. Pull the pod off the device, release and lift the silicone plug on the side of the cartridge, fill with e-liquid, then press the plug firmly back until it locks.

Q: How do I install a coil?

A: Push the PnP X coil straight into the base of the pod until it seats — there's no threading. Then prime it: drip e-liquid onto the exposed cotton, fill the pod, and let it stand ten minutes before your first puff.

Q: What e-liquid should I use?

A: For the DTL pod with low-resistance coils, high-VG freebase (70VG+) at 3–6mg. For the MTL pod, nic salts or 50/50 freebase at higher strength. Don't run nic salts through a 0.15Ω coil — the nicotine delivery would be far too harsh.

Q: How often should I replace the pod itself?

A: Coils wear out well before pods. Most vapers change the coil every one to two weeks and the pod every few months, or sooner if the plastic clouds up, the plug stops sealing, or flavor stays flat after fitting a fresh coil.
