They serve entirely different purposes. The Drip Cap (this item) pumps juice from the top drip tip into a standard RDA. The Squonk Cap connects to the bottom 510 threads to refill a squonk mod's internal silicone bottle.
Q: Do I need to push hard to dispense the liquid?
No. The cap utilizes an easy-glide internal spring system. Simply invert the bottle, insert the tip, and press down smoothly 1 or 2 times to saturate your cotton.
